Swim Course
Low tide course will start in the water and finish in the water between the 2 finish line buoys.
High tide course will start on the beach and will finish under the gantry on the beach.
Need to swap events? Easy! Just jump into the Members Area before your swim and update your distance — it only takes a minute.
SwimRun
Distances will change from week to week, so each event brings something a little different. Visit the “DATES” page to see what’s coming up next and which distances will be on the schedule.
Swimmers will complete the same race course each week (see the map above). As the season progresses, the events gradually build — helping you get fitter, stronger, and more confident in the water as the summer unfolds.
SwimRun
The run course is a simple out-and-back loop. Leave the beach and head left along Tamaki Drive toward St Heliers. One of our volunteers will be stationed at the turnaround point. Each lap is 1km in total.
SwimRunners: If you’re switching between the swim-only race and the swim-run from week to week, please remember to update your race selection before the event so your results are recorded correctly
